The management of APDC paid a courtesy visit to the new MD of Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria Mr. Hamman Madu with a view to strengthening business ties with both organizations.

The meeting was held in the company of the MD and top Management staff of FMBN on the 24th of June 2022.

On Tuesday 2, June 2022 at Abuja Property Development Company (APDC) HQ, staff and other FCT staff within its office building were engaged in a Fire Drill Exercise and Fire Prevention Lectures.
While the lecture took place in APDC Board Room, the Fire Drill Exercise was held at the muster point in APDC HQ with over 70 participants in attendance.

The MD APDC, in his opening remark, admonished all staff present to be very vigilant and safety conscious at all times, especially with regards to fire.
