Akeem Kolawole Aderogba – Acting Managing Director, APDC
A highly analytical finance expert, Aderogba holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) Upper Credit in Accountancy, an MBA in Marketing Management and has over 20 years cognate experience in the Accounting .
From 1992 -2002, Aderogba worked as an Accountant and later as Senior Accountant in Cakasa Nigeria Company Limited, an Oil Servicing Engineering Company in Lagos. He was later engaged by Stallion Property and Development Company Limited, a Property Development and Facility Management Company, where he served as Financial Accountant, and Deputy Manager, Finance and Accounts, between 2002 and 2007.
An astute professional, Aderogba holds membership of several professional bodies, including: Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), Member, Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria (CIS) amongst others.
Mairo Tense – Head, Business Development
Mairo Tense is a seasoned Administrator who has garnered demonstrable experience in diverse sectors, including Banking, Investment and Securities and Property Development. She holds a degree in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. After her National Youth Service in 1991, she was retained where she served at the Leasing Company of Nigeria (LECON) Limited, a subsidiary of the Nigeria Industrial Development Bank (NIDB) where she worked till 1996. Between 1996 and 2003 Mairo rose from the rank of Assistant Manager to Manager and Head, Operations of Visa Investments and Securities Ltd, a subsidiary of the African International Bank Ltd. While so engaged, she served as the Chairperson, Appointment Promotion and Disciplinary Committee.
In 2004, she worked briefly as the General Manager of Integrated Consumer Services Ltd and thereafter moved on to the National Assembly where she was a Special Assistant to Hon. Farouk Adamu Aliyu and Head, Administrative and Human Resources of Sanrouk Engineering Services Ltd, an Electrical Engineering firm owned by the Honourable member.
She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA).
She presently holds the reins of the Business Development Department of Abuja Property Development Company Limited.
