1. APDC Capital Estate – Residential Development.
Our flagship residential development, APDC Capital Estate phase 1, with about 700+houses is professionally managed in-house by our FM department. With the residents at the core of our activities, we provide them with round the clock FM services efficiently and cost effectively. Services include;
- Routine maintenance of common areas ; cleaning, security, horticulture, street lights
- Response to customer complaints and with our customer services
2. Investment House.
The facilities and built up areas of Abuja investment head We provide to the purpose built office complex that serves as the head office of Abuja Investment Company Ltd. It has a total floor area of over 6000sqm and has several offices, facilities and equipment that are efficiently managed by the team of professionals.
3. Eagle Square Car Park – Operation and Mgt.
This is a world class standard facility with over 1500 car/bus parking and essential services including banks, food court car wash and others. It serves the parking needs of the Federal Secretariat and other buildings within the vicinity.
We are providing total facilities management services comprising cleaning, waste disposal, horticulture and security, and also managing the enhancing the commercial viability of the park through effective ticketing and revenue collection from the various service providers in the park.
4. Millenium Car Park – Operation and Mgt.
The Millennium car park is enclosed within the Millennium Tower and Cultural Centre, an ongoing development within the Central Business district (Close to CBN Head office, Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria)
We operate and manage over 1200 covered multi-level car parking spaces, and state of the art facilities therein, which will cater for users in the area public buildings including CBN, FMBN, Commercial Banks, private organisations, and other commuters.
